Question by Dera P.: Yoga related in regards to finding inner peace that i found in a randon yoga video; I am yearning for..?
WHAT RECOMMENDATIONS CAN I RECEIVE ABOUT MORE ENLIGHTING, POSITIVE, CALM, ENRICHING, AND MOTIVATIONAL STATE OFmind that i have been seeking for and found after a yoga video I found on Netflix. I have all this anger, and rage that i had been trying to rid and this yoga video did miraculous work for me, where i have been avoiding negativity to stay in this very peaceful state of mind. Any suggestions for books, reading articles, etc?

I would recommend taking yoga classes. Specifically, find a class taught by a teacher who is close in teaching style to that in the netflix video. In Seattle we have a number of yoga centers, and the teachers at these centers would be glad to watch the video and help you find the best class to meet your objectives.

Yoga is a form of Meditation, you could look into Tai Chi or Qi Kong, or Mindfulness Meditation. there is a facebook page called “mindfulness Meditation” also several pages and groups for Meditation and Yoga.
You might find a book or two useful by Jon Kabat-Zinn or Thích Nhất Hạnh. Eckhart Tolle.
Or Mooji on youtube.
Follow some of the meditation videos on youtube like this one.
