Question by : what are some good yoga videos?
i have been into yoga for a whil eand sence where i live there is no yoga classes and so i have been going videos, and now i need some new ones and im not sure with all the differnt kinds on what are good videos.

I am a person that most of the time is really stressed out I love doing yoga and i didn’t have enough money to buy those expensive videos that atleast cost 44-50 dollars, so i looked for some up and started working with them they are so great and they are online for FREE here are some of the websites that are great and so useful to me:
