Mam, i have Sciatica and a mild Scoliosis in my back.Is it safe for me to do shoulderstand ? Thanks……

@yogatic True, but if there is to much weight in your hands, you will hurt your wrist and add presser into your lower back. The purpose of shoulder stand is to have the weight on the shoulder, using your legs to hold you up and keep your neck free. If someone is having trouble the safest way is to use blanket and a chair.
@sweetjackie24 There are many different ways to a pose.. Experience of lots of teachers and people have led to advising different on this subject to save your cervical spine. Plus I believe there is no one way to anything. There is no one type of body either…
