I want to start yoga and I want to find a series of yoga videos by the same person/company that start at beginner and go up through advanced.
I am a dancer, so I’m pretty flexible already, but I still want to start at beginner, so…can someone please recommend a series? thx!

If you can watch videos online, you don’t need to own yoga videos. I love the online shows: yoga today and yogamazing. These give you a good variety and its free….

The ones Gaiam puts out are wonderful. I would recommend the AM/PM series where you have one instructor in the morning and the other in the evening. If you like it, both the instructors have other videos as well. Rodney Yee is such a great instructor and has tons of videos out for all levels and specialties such as sports conditioning, abs, power, etc…

You may even find some of them at Target because last time I was there, they had a nice selection of Gaiam dvds.
