I am 2.5 months pregnant and I have never done any kind of yoga class before. But i was interested in starting one so i can stay in shape during my pregnancy. I was wondering do they have prenatal ones or do you just join a normal class??

prenatal yoga…try to google online for it..prenatal yoga is specific to poses that are safe for pregnant women so that they gain weight healthily and lose it fast after delivery…
Aerobic have special class for pregnants. ofcourse I don’t know if there is near your home.
I think aerobic can make you happy and its good for your pretty baby
