best thing with all these raw guru’s is to study all they say, piece together your own picture from the info available. go with what works, go with what makes you happy and gives you energy. I love wolfe, i love doug graham, they all have something to teach.
raw foods or the perfect diet that is proper 4 U does not stops the aging process, but it does help you live longer and healthier, slowing down the aging. Saying that somebody looks better than somebodyelse is not saying too much, I know ppl that poison themselves with everything and don’t sleep and still look better than almost any of my friends.Live blood analyzes, and energy level and how loving, how calm, good energy you radiate – this tells us more. But there is alot of confusion out there
