Question by abbyjay: How to control breathing during yoga?
I practice yoga with a teacher once a week and mostly everyday on my own, I take it really seriously, but I seem having trouble controling my breathing. I always tent to either hold my brath or breath thru my mouth, I’m aware that I must always breath and thru my nose. Any trick to help me work onmy breathing?

Concentrate.

u need to focus on one point and just think about this point with ur eyes closed in a very quit place then u will relax and breath comfortably g.luck
Concentrate and try to relax, it will come with time and practice.
