    To hidearCellofGod:
    “This Yogi” is the Baba-Ramdev :) :D
What is shown in this video is the classical bhastrika, but what says Baba Ramdev generally, that is should be practiced slowly and without forcing, is a little modified version, which is applicable for all people, specially who are ill or weak. Let’s say, that is the therapeutic version of bhastrika, and this is classical. Both by Baba Ramdev.

Baba -Ramdev says this way is wrong, that it shall be practiced slower without forcing it as this “yogi is doing” who´s well and who´s wrong? it is confusing!!
