The wall push ups a progressed by going up on the toes, placing the hands lower on the fall and moving the feet slightly further away from the wall. The row variation is performed with an over hand grip. Dynamic stretches are not shown due to time limit, so do the same dynamic stretches as Episode 4. The light stretches are all shown assisted by props. Yoga strap and Yoga blocks. The martial arts pads are also there. Boxing hand wrap can be used instead of the yoga strap. Strap is usually more comfortable, because it is designed to assists stretches and postures.
