I went from being a skeptic to a fan of ALL your video lessons.Your generous videos break down yoga poses into easy to follow lessons, and are among the best instructional yoga lessons available on the web. You are a great teacher. Namaste.

    Hey there,

watch my vid Yoga for Scoliosis, and also keep up a regular yoga practice, and go to your edge, keep stretching, but never force anything. Your spine is your spine but you can do wonders as you open up the surrounding muscles over time. xoSadie

not trying to be creepy but watching you stretch is a beautiful thing…

  • NadiaSASY

wow thats good because i am a naturally flexible person and i learned in your videos that the blocks can increase a strech! now i can get a higher level of strech as soon as i get blocks! lol but just knowing i can go futher is great! great videos!
