Question by : Do you know of any yoga prana breathing for lung health?
I quit smoking three weeks ago, and considering that I’m having an easier time breathing, I’ld like to try some breathing excercises.

close left nostril with the thumb
breathe in from the right nostril
close both nostrils with thumb and forefinger for 10 seconds
close right nostril and breathe out from left nostril
Now reverse the sequence
close right nostril and breathe in from left nostril etc etc.
do this excercize for 5/10 minutes in the early morning .
